This was one of the most exhillerating experieces I've ever had in my entire life. In the small town in which I currently live - San Lorenzo de El Escorial - there is a really impressive Monastery built by one of the first kings of Spain: Felipe II. I completed my first static line jump at Toronto Skydive near Barrie, Ontario Canada in the summer of 2002. For those of you who are unaware, a static line jump allows you to parachute from a low altitude (mine was 4000 feet), whereby your chute is expelled from a line attached to the inside of the plane after exiting the aircraft.
