Yeah, so every bride is more than excited for their big day, and rightfully so. This was freaking fantastic. I marinated the boneless chicken breasts in that marinade you buy from PC, garlic and herb I think. The stuff is great and comes in a salad dressing thing. After chilling it in that, I mixed some fresh herbs with flour and bread crumbs and coated the chicken with my little bread crumb mixture until it was all covered. I ...more
